Delivery Orders are processed and despatched within 36 hours of payment being received, in many cases within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on Monday. All orders will be despatched by Royal Mail either First Class, Second Class or Standard Parcels. You have the option to upgrade your delivery at the checkout to Special Delivery* which guarantees a next day delivery before 1pm. * Please Note 1. This service has to be requested before 14.00hrs or it will be despatched the following day Special Delivery 2. The Post Office do not guarantee Special Deliveries from Friday to a Saturday to every part of the country.(Please check with your local Post Office if in doubt) In either case a signature will be required upon receipt. For orders that are to be delivered outside the U.K our delivery charge is based on weight and will be calculated at checkout. Late Or Lost Deliveries If your delivery is late arriving, please contact us and we will check the tracking system if it was by Special Next Day Delivery and confirm the status of your delivery. Very often it is simply a case that they have attempted delivery and not left a calling card. Or have left your package with a neighbour.We cannot accept liability if you request delivery to a communal or joint dwelling place, such as university, nurses hospital accommodation ect. In the event of a non-delivery it is our intention to help you avoid any inconvenience, but please keep in mind that the Royal Mail do not officially classify a parcel lost until 15 working days have elapsed from the time of posting. If for any reason you wish to have a refund instead of a replacement this can be authorised after the 15 working days time frame has elapsed and the Royal Mail acknowledges it as lost. Returns We want you, or the recipient of the gift to be completely happy with it. If for any reason you are not then simply return it to us, unused and complete with all packaging (not including gift wrap) and in saleable condition for a refund within 7 days of receipt. We also offer a 14 day exchange policy. We do not refund postage costs. We cannot offer refunds on jewellery for pierced ears.
