Terms & ConditionsPayment Our website payment method is by direct bank transfer, postal order, cheque or via PayPal. You do not need to have an account and you do not need to open an account with PayPal, you simply use your card, and they accept most major credit cards and debit card payments. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction. You, as the customer are not charged for any payment you make. During the checkout process, you are able to choose your method of payment. Goods will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared. Please allow 5-7 days Shipping We aim to despatch all orders within 24hrs of payment verification. Standard shipping is by Royal Mail® and will take 2-3 days, or for a large order by parcel force 3-5 days. We will notify you by e-mail if there is a delay to your order. Delivery is free within the UK for standard 2-3 day royal mail delivery and parcel force, if required we can do a special next day service, the charges start at £4.70 and depend on weight. International delivery is calculated on weight and country, you will see the charges before you checkout Some orders will require a signature upon delivery, Royal Mail® only deliver these on working days. However should you have a specific requirement for delivery we will be glad to try and accommodate this where possible, please notify us of this by e-mail and we will reply to let you know if your request is possible. This may incur additional costs which we will notify you of before despatch. Returns and Refunds If you want to return your purchase please notify us by e-mail within 5 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition to receive your refund. We deduct the amount of postage we paid to deliver your gift.
